We are creating an e-magazine based around young creatives living in Dublin. Our magazine will consist of a variety of mediums such as photography, audio and film.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading through your game design document (GDD) for the e-magazine project this semester. I find the idea for your game to be really interesting and unique. It's fresh to see a group doing something other than a game for a change. After reading through your game design document from your powerpoint presentation on Vimeo I feel like you have a real grasp on what you want to create with your group and how you want to go about doing it. So far your draft GDD looks really nice and informative. What kind of colour scheme are you aiming for? How long will your magazine be? Whats your stylistic approach? The powerpoint presentation is really clean and stylistic. Overall I find your game design document and your groups idea to be really well thought out and fun! I look forward to seeing the development of your e-magazine as the weeks progress and the final result. Good luck!
Hey Rebecca! This is a really good game design document and I love the idea of an e-magazine I've never heard of anything like that but it sounds really cool. Creating and designing this magazine based around creative young people in Dublin is such a nice idea how did you develop this idea? It's great that you plan on using a variety of different mediums I think photography will be especially good for an e-magazine you could do a lot with that. I can tell by your game design document that you've put a good amount of thought into it. Is there a certain style that you're aiming to create or follow? Have you taken inspiration from any other e-learning magazine? Overall I really think this is a great idea and I look forward to seeing it finally developed and completed.
